Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Final Sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (depending on the applicable option).

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:

• You received an incorrect item
• The product is damaged due to our error

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect address details, refused delivery, or undeliverable shipments.

How to Return an Item

Please ship your return using a trackable courier service such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post Speed Post with tracking.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely. Please retain your tracking number until your return is completed.

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments within 7 days of delivery if an item purchased at full price is later marked down.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
